Thanks for praying. Surgery went well today. Moms kidney was successfully removed and she was in recovery at about 4:30 p.m. The doctor was pleased with the result, said the laparoscopy was a "text book case" and that the kidney came out well. The tumor in the kidney was encapsulated, and everything came free easily with very little bleeding. So appreciate your thoughts and prayers for us. If you like to send mom a note, encouragement or an email, I'm sure she'd love it. It was hard for her to leave this morning as she spent time with Micah. Her email is nana.nator@gmail.com.
Also I would want you to know, Mikes had a good day, he was up quite a bit and drank about 8 oz, Amazing!! Still praying for a miracle but also if that is not to be for our baby, please pray for just a few more days until Nana comes home.
